This project involved the complete renovation of a compact bathroom within a bustling downtown condominium. The client sought a sophisticated, contemporary design that maximized every inch of space while incorporating luxurious touches and smart functionality. The existing layout was reconfigured to accommodate a more open and efficient design. Large-format porcelain tiles were chosen for both the floor and shower walls, creating a seamless and expansive feel, ideal for smaller spaces. A sleek floating vanity with an integrated sink and quartz countertop was installed, providing a clean aesthetic and practical storage without cluttering the floor. A wall-mounted toilet further contributed to the minimalist look and made cleaning easier. The shower area was transformed into a stylish walk-in shower, featuring a linear drain and a frameless glass enclosure to maintain an open feel. A rainfall shower head combined with a thermostatic mixer offered a luxurious and consistent showering experience. Integrated LED lighting, including recessed ceiling lights and subtle vanity lighting, enhanced the ambiance.
